Hi Guys,

It's Paul from Safe and Sound

I write just to let you know that we have just launched our Kickstarter campaign with a new brilliant and innovative solution for storing and carrying STAR WARS LEGION miniatures you might be interested.

You can find us on Kikstarter as 4Legion project.

What do you thing about our proposition?

Many thanks,
Paul

Honest opinion? Your stuff looks nice, especially the trays for holding the specialist game components. However, I'm not sure the tray that stores your miniatures upright is such a great idea. My first reaction when I saw it was "they're all going to fall over". I may be wrong and that may not happen but I'm left wondering why I'd use that option over the traditional flat storage everyone else offers.

Speaking of everyone else, I think that's going to be your major problem. I have a couple of manufacturers I use for my various mini games and they either already produce the same sort of trays, or will do in the near future. They even do customisable pluckable foam trays if I want that too. So that leaves me wondering why I'd back a new company with a new product when the market isn't exactly struggling with this product? A quick Google brings up results for Feldherr, Battlefoam and KR (though the KR doesn't seem to be specific to the game pieces as the other two are). I know these companies and already have product from them.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but you really need to offer soemthing unique, whether that's price, materials, or something else. You don't seem to be doing that. In fact, in terms of price you seem a little more expensive, though it's difficult to judge accurately. Feldherr do a bag with up to 8 trays for 58 Euros, for example. Your boxes also look a little flimsy in your pictures. Maybe the upright storage is a USP, but that's actually more of a negative to me than a positive.

Many thanks for your effort and your the opinion.
First impression might be like this that minis going to fall but It won't happen.
We used for trays a special mix of a foam and a rubber that gently holds miniatures bases.
Also the top of minis it gently hold by a soft trays glued to lids of boxes.
We tasted that solution for many ways and no miniatures have ever fallen.

Thanks to this way of storing minis you can save a lot of space.
For those who are not convinced we also have the standard solution.

Talking about unique products and new materials you won’t find those we use in any other companies.
We use special foam of high density that is more firm and give better protection to minis especially while you put or remove trays from boxes.
Our cardboard boxes have 5 layer and are covered by plastic foil on both sides.
It makes them very solid and tough.

Our solution provides also customizability on the level that no other company does.
You can just shuffle those foam in many ways and even if Fantasy Flight release a few new waves by using our foams trays you always will be able to take minis need to play in two or maximum three boxes.
In other companies solution you probably will have to buy new full size foam tray with new fixed set of cutouts they will offer or take more trays with you to carry miniatures for a game.
What’s more with our solution you always have easy access to minis. You don't have to move out a stack of trays to get to the lowest tray in a bag.

For the end we don’t want to convince you to throw out you old trays and buy our for all minis you have, but we think that for Star Wars Legion our solution might be the best
