Really ... That swordblade is unreal

Wow great model. Just the title had me exited, and I was not dissapointed.
The sword, while beautifully painted, really dont fit with the exelens of the actual model though.
If I got one of these I would most likely find a replacement for the sword. Perhaps make it a sceptre or even a fishing rod

Just had a look at the old toad king, and his sword looked really well sculpted. New one looks like a quick mock-up.

Very nice, but the paintwork is making the ribs look unnatural, the unpainted version looks much better

The sculpt itself is brilliant. Fantastic. It's just hampered in the first impression by a strange ingrained culture of what makes 'good' painting techniques, in these larger-scale miniatures. (Just as 28mm/gaming painters have some of their own strange ingrained ideas)

Nóri is one of these guardians, and it will not be easy to convince him to let you pass.
