Interesting to see that the Ynaari and soup lists havn't changed much after the release of the BIG FAQ, maybe still need the Chapter Approved to change things up!

Total Sisters factions: 2.

Both are Celestine and three Dialogus, and both appear in lists with 3 Knights and the "loyal17" of Ad Mech as the other detachments.

One in team Poland, the other in team Greece.

Given the nature of team tournaments, hyper-skewed lists like this are fairly common. You just match try to match this guy up against armies that can't deal with that much big stuff.

That's the nature of skew lists. They are designed to exploit certain lists and crush 'em badly. As the rules ensure they can avoid to a degree bad match ups the lack of dimensions is not much of issue. Ability to pretty much autostomp other lists meanwhile is handy for the format

Sure it cant control objs much but I wouldnt wanna face it

I think I counted the Vanilla Marine codex ONCE. That's impressive. Some of the Imperial players aren't even going for Dark and Blood Angels for screening Scouts either.
