Since I've been piling thing I'd never use I decided to change style and make a few precise additions in order to try and make an army of WB in th 30k.

I had a few spare pieces and I integrated those with doors and shoulder pads to make the best out of them.

I'm not trying to get the strongest WB army but instead trying to get a few optimisations here and there in order to improve the sustainability of the list (if I fail winning every-single match that'd be not great )

So, to sum up I ended up having these things to count on:
10 cataphractii terminators (4 lightning claws and 3 chainfist, 2 sergants to be assembled)
10 mk3 PA
2 land raiders (40k leftovers I had to fix from my 12ish yo errors)
1 Spartan (bought for an alternate RG list but I feel this is a better way to utilize it)
5 chosen from Dark Vengeance (Gal Vorbak to be with a few modifications)
5 Gal Vorbak from FW
2 Rapier Quad Mortar
3 Land Speeders
1 Rhino

The idea of list I had in mind was to obviously use the PotL rite and make the best out of the 3 14armours vehicles, then fill the missing pieces with veterans, rapiers and speeders.

In order to get this I was quite in doubt if having a deathstar would be fun for my opponent (10 gal vorbak + praetor and chaplain might be a bit overkill) or risk it and go for a praetor + command squad (so just 1 terminator and 1 veteran squad as troops leaving the bonus dice to the opponent 80% of the time).

Enough words written this is my attempt, looking for help

[My idea of growing to 3k would be to add a squad of iconoclasts (I love the models) to be joined by the chaplain with JP, a diabolist to follow the praetor (in tartaros at 3k) with the gal vorbak and maybe (if I have points left or if I don't buy the ashen circle) a destroyer squad on a termite that'd be shared with the RG list ]

For a start, it isn't bad. Here are some of my thoughts. Meta's are always changing, and you didn't really talk much about the other Legions or lists you'll be facing.

HQ: Where is the Diabolist? No Dark Channelling? These are like the #1 reason why people play Word Bearers. The Chaplain at the very least should should be a Diabolist and given Burning Lore. Psyhic powers are HUGE in 30K because no one has them except... Word Bearers and Thousand Sons. Leverage that advantage!

You need more troops. You have 20 total models. It's absurdly easy to destroy a Rhino and erase the models inside, leaving you with two Land Raiders with five Terminators. As these guys form just about 100% of your offensive power, they will/shouldn't be camped on an objective. They should be out pushing forward towards your opponent's objectives and taking them, leaving you with... your HQ units to sit on objectives. Why do you have nothing in the Spartan? It can hold 25 models... and if you load the HQ's and Dark Brethren in it, then you'll have no one to hold objectives.

The amount of anti-tank firepower is good. You are lacking in anti-aircraft firepower. A Fire Raptor, Lightning, or Xiphon will really mess you up. Why no Flare Shields on the Spartan? That's the #1 reason to take a Spartan Land Raider. It makes your Spartan en effective AV15!

The terminators... you don't need that many Chainfists. These guys should not be assaulting vehicles. You have 16 Lascannons and two Multi Meltas for that. Maybe 1-2 Chainfists just in case, but not a whole unit. Try and get a Plasma Blaster in there. You can't overwatch with Cataphractii Terminators, but if they somehow get stuck foot slogging, having a little offensive firepower will help. The Lightning Claws unit is... useless. What is there purpose? To kill MEQ? OK... you are spending 245 points to kill maybe 200 points of models? Even worse, let's say you win the combat. The enemy unit will just fall back while all you'll be able to do is consolidate (once again, Cataphractii Terminator limitations...). Throw these guys at an elite unit? The elite unit will just laugh as they have a 2+/5++. If they have power fists, they'll just take out a couple of your Terminators and force the LD test, then sweep you off the table. There are no good targets for these models. They will either overkill, or be ineffective. Other Legions are very effective with Lightning Claws, but not the Word Bearers. The Gal Vorbak are your assassins, not these guys.

Be careful with the Rapiers. Even placing them on the table as Quad Mortars with regular ammo will give your opponents a sour taste in their mouth. We have all faced the most broken unit in 30K: Quad Mortors with Phosphex Shells and it's no fun. Please don't be that guy! If you want indirect firepower, look into a Scorpious or Argus Sicarian.

Your "Death Star" is cute. I don't know what your meta is like, but your Death Star is probably one of the weakest I have ever seen. When people talk Death Stars, they are talking a Spartan, Primarch, and elite death unit (typically special unit Terminators). That's about a 800-1000 point unit, and the only thing that can stop it is a similar Death Star. I have three general questions I always ask myself when I make an army list, and it's OK if you don't have an answer for them, as long as you have thought about them.
1). How will I handle a Priamrch?
2). How will I handle a Spartan/Super Heavy?
3). How will I handle flyers?

My typical answers:
1). Engage with my Primarch, Horus and his Justerian Terminators. Or simply avoid them at all costs, as the strength of just about all the Primarchs are in close combat, and if I can avoid close combat, then it will nullify their force multiplication advantage in close combat. Or if I don't have my Primarch, then I'll throw a sacrificial unit to try and tar pit the Primarch while the rest of my army runs around the board (lists with Primarchs tend to be "all eggs in one basket" kinda lists).
2). Long range shooting with my Lascannons (typically, my Spicy Nacho Hot Deredeo with Arachnus Pattern Heavy Lascannon Battery), Graviton Weapons (haywire is just nasty vs. Spartans), or engage in close combat with chain fists.
3). Mortis Pattern Contemptor with paired Kheres Assault Cannons, or intercept with my Xiphon/Lighting/Fire Raptor.

Last thought to leave you with: Play with whatever you want, however you want. Rule of Cool > All, and have fun!
