So I ended up with these years ago from an eBay purchase of two FW Wave Serpents. These were being used as the weapons (now obviously replaced).

I have always been curious as what they actually are...they appear to be engines of some kind.

Thoughts?

Cheers,

CB

They look like they could be parts of an eldar ship from BFG - one of the larger ones.
TMK, FW didn't do wave serpent parts in metal.

Yes, I knew right away they were for something else as they were too heavy and too large and completely out of place on the small round turrets of the old FW Wave Serpents.

I think the original owner replaced the FW weapons with these to represent some other Eldar weapon, as they have a bit of an Eldar feel at the extended ends...but they look like an engine when the two sides are fitted together.

They're actually parts for an Eldar BFG "Eclipse" battleship.

Not sure how those models go together, but looks like part of the void stalker.

According to some slightly dubious site, so i wont repost the image, they are parts for the Void Stalker, well 2 Void Stalkers, since there were 2 per kit.

Got them mixed up - my eldar bfg stuff is in a pile of bits.

Doesn't change that they were neither FW or Wave serpent parts at all, though.

So anyone looking for two Void Stalker cores? If you flip the image you can see sit in the model.

Thanks for the ID.
