Haven't played since the 90s, but friends and I can now sort of afford it, so 'ere we go!

Not gunning for competition just want to make sure my list isn't insanely one sided or if I'm forgetting something. 1250 is the low end of what we will be playing, Also I kind of don't mind if I lose tbh as long as I cause horrible casualties haha. If this unit is fun to play I will build it out to a 2000 pt Daemons/CSM split army.

Opponents are a mix of Eldar, Tau, Raven Guard, AdMech/Guard, and Grey Knights (joy). All of these armies are shooty, and smallish with several high point units. I figured it would be fun to try a horde based CC army against them, and I'm a big fan of the Blood God as well.

Idea is to use a mix of Denizens of the Warp on the big unit of 'letters and the Blood Throne w/ Crimson Crown + Banner of Blood for shock tactics
DP is flying death machine + buffs other bloodletters and other units as needed
Bloodcrushers are flankers, or hammer and anvil to deep striked 'letters (if letters can jump to the rear of the army)
Skull Cannons are fire support
Karanak and Flesh Hounds are there because I think an all dog squad is funny and also they can Deny the Witch 3x per turn, plus rushing in and tying up units so the 'letters can get them.

Plan B - Keep first Battalion, add 450 pt CSM Patrol (suggestions?)

Alternate concept is Same 2 HQs, 3x30 Bloodletters (Icon & Instrument), 1x Bloodcrushers unit, 1x Skull Cannon (so much painting though oooof)

Any tips on not being completely destroyed by flying Battlesuits? Grey Knights lol?
