I have been working on my Samurai project for just about 4 years now. I have finish up the opposing army now and that will be just over 100 more miniatures and when that finishes up. I have to paint up allies for both sides.

Looks awesome! Who is the other army? Usuegi Kenshin?

Glory is fleeting, but obscurity lasts forever.

Considering also your duty as a warrior you should not waver. Because there is nothing more auspicious for a warrior than a righteous war.

That's the hobby right there for me - a beautifully painted coherent looking army. Excellent!

Simply beautiful. If you play AoS you can make a pretty great free people's army from them as I did the same.

"Unimaginably ancient xenos artefact somewhere on the planet, hive fleet poised above our heads, hidden 'stealer broods making an early start....and now a bloody Chaos cult crawling out of the woodwork just in case we were bored. Welcome to my world, Ciaphas."

They look great. What systems do you use them for?

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

LOVE this army. I didn't think I wanted a historical army until now.
Also, thanks for the photo of the lighting setup.
