Number one Asterion Moloc finished for Whaley! this is the exact scheme i'll be using for my own Minotaurs army, i'm not sure how the images look as they seem a little off on this new laptop? like they were already too saturated when I opened them? i've tried to adjust them how I think they'll look best but if they look o.k let me know. and also if you actually like the model

Looks great man. I love the comb, very striking and effective. Also really like the pattern on the spear haft, had a tiled vibe to it that's very Minoan. I might have to steal that approach to energy weapons....

The marbled spear is amazing as well as all the variation in the armor on the legs especially.

I am even more convinced now that paint works better in the southern hemisphere

Cheers San, I was playing around for the energy weapon to look dark but still have a base colour, I may go darker on my own but it's still experimentation stage

When I saw those Chimperial Fists, I was a little annoyed that you'd ruined the look of my chapter. But when I scrolled down and saw the banana in the fist emblem I laughed out loud (almost choking on my tea). Well played, sir.

Assembling ships I needed to paint something! so I grabbed a crappy bit of terrain from the shed and used it to roughly experiment with some stuff I had laying around some old crackle medium and paints, good learning tool and still looks pretty good for throw down stuff! I want to add more colour in my terrain pieces since my models are very dark and dirty, I know it's not a model per se but hopefully it's cool enough.

I second the call for tags. The Yellow is great but needs to be broken up a bit maybe?

Posters and warning signs would break it up as well. Depending on how crazy you want to go on terrain.

Yeah, that would work. Adds a lot. You could even do printed safety signs with posters pasted over them.

Great looking Asterion Moloc there. I think some signage would break up the tank well, though depending on the "location" you envision for it, stencilled letters (and a warning logo or two) would work instead of or in addition to tags (that would go on top).
