PLEASE BE ADVISED...AdeptiCon has become aware of a potential scam circulating regarding travel and accommodations for the AdeptiCon 2019 event. Should you be contacted by a "travel club" claiming to be on the behalf of AdeptiCon regarding hotel accommodations during AdeptiCon, do not exchange any information, and most importantly credit card information with these people. They may attempt to persuade you with "special rates", urgency concerning capacity or other means. We recommend reserving rooms yourself using the links we have provided on www.adepticon.org. If you are contacted and would like to report it to us, please send us a private message via Facebook with the information.

AdeptiCon Exhibitors, you have all been privately emailed but in addition, this same group may also be suggesting they provide the event services for AdeptiCon. We recommend no correspondence with anyone unless it is a known AdeptiCon coordinator.
