This is a revision of a Triple Battalion that I am having success with right now. I removed a Dakkajet I was not excited about, and have removed a Bonebreaka and substituted Meganobz you see above. I don't have anymore grotz right now or I would have more grots and a larger lootabomb. I also will be using a counts-as 2nd Weirdboy, it was a just a change I wanted in this list I posted (I have been using a bikermek with klaw just because I don't have enough
HQs).
Right now, I am very pleased with my Lootas, my Evil Sunz Relicklawboss, the Wazbomb Blastajet, the Shokkjump Dragsta, the Wartrike Boss, and the way the Deffskull Kulture workz in general. I previously have been kinda unexcited about Deepstriking a Bonebreaka, and without 'Ere we go I'd rather just have some Meganobz to get a smaller footprint and the 'Ere we go rule involved with assaults. Typically, the jet and the buggy have been priorities, often dying turn one or two, however, their mobility usually forces my opponent to over commit to getting dice on them or my Lootas, allowing my fancy choppy things to get work done. In the couple games I have gone first the combination of Bad Moon Lootas, and Deffskull weapons, has been devastating.
My next game, I'll be looking at how excited I am about Deep Striking some Meganobz. With that, I need to fill in this list some to make 2k points, I have more Lootas but don't want to add them because I don't have enough Grot Shields. I could add two more Meganobz and some boyz, but I'm not sure about that either. I could also just put the Dakkajet back in there, and add some more boyz, but I'm not happy with that yet. I have considered deepstriking some Tankbustas, but I really kinda have all 18 of these command points surprisingly tied up in turn one antics already. With soo many other things too shoot I wonder if I couldn't stick a few units of five tankbustas just on the board hoping to get even one shot at using Wreckerz or the Grenade stratagem.
I guess I could also just use one of my gray bommas as a 2nd counts as Wazbomm Blastajet, they seem to be fun.
I'd really appreciate feedback on filling this 2k list in.
TLR, it shoots a lot of lead, has valuable
D6 Damage shooting, and punches things that wade into it too fast. What needs to be better first?
