Yes it's time again, when we stop, reflect, and make up a bunch of wishes and nonsense for the next year!

1 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really Tzeentch, and everything has proceeded exactly as he planned.

2 - After many years of waiting GW will finally release plastic Sis- oh I can't even joke about it, it would be too cruel.

3 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really the Laughing God who thinks the whole idea of the Mon'Keigh seeing themselves as the chosen race as a fantastically funny joke.

4 - GW will release a new regiment of Imperial guard that combine historical references with the grimdark of the Imperium and have several head and weapon options including all the special and heavy weapons and they are universally beloved by IG fans. They also change the name back to Imperial Guard because Astra Militarium just sounds dumb.

5 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really the Deceiver using humanity as a pawn in his war against Chaos.

6 - GW will work to recapture the youth market with their important new license, Paw Patrol the miniatures game! But the game will falter when people realize there's only two factions, the Paw Patrol and the Kitty Catastrophe Crew. The attempt to bring in Chickoletta and the Beak Brigade will be a great sales embarrassment causing the game to be dropped quietly and never mentioned again.

7 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really the gestalt of thousands of shamen and psychics created at the damn of human history to guide us and protect us from the daemons of the warp.

8 - Codex Adeptus Arbites! (I can dream right?)

9 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really Mork and/or Gork working to turn the soft hummies into something that can give the orks a proper fight.

10 - Robotech Tactics Wave II surprise shipment!

11 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really Cypher roaming the Imperium doing good deeds while Cypher sits on the Golden Throne.

12 - A Kickstarter will launch, conclude and deliver with no drama or delays.

13 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really Horus, he killed the Emperor and took his place after their battle. He has been carefully leading humanity to damnation.

14 - Dan Abnett will continue the Bequin tri... nah too far fetched.

15 - After many years of dropping hints GW finally reveals that the Emperor is really Sly Marbo, the real Emperor died but Sly used his 'He's behind You' rule to take over while occasionally popping out to save guardsmen in need.

GW will start producing a line of multi-part, multi-pose, modular Marines/Orks/literally anything rather than no-option/mono-pose kits. This will signal that they have got over the PTSD their Chapterhouse experience caused them.

Never forget that in 2018 GW chose to release 6 Ork vehicles this year that have ZERO options, not even a single variable gun option, and are all built 100% the same every time. For Orks. ORKS!

You mean "Oathsworn Miniatures will run another Kickstarter"? I'm pretty sure that'll happen.

In 2019 GW will release the app for building your army. It will be free, and updated continuously. No more paying for point updates.

GW will provide a new release of Battlefleet Gothic. Brace for impact! Would be highly welcome.

After years of rumours GW releases Codex: Star Child despite the 'Realm of Chaos' spawned faction being killed off in the back of the 3rd edition rulebook.

Thanks for the last 10.5 years, Happy New Year!

How are we this far along and there's no mention of Codex: Squats yet? Supported with a full line of plastics of course.

Of course, this leads to a legal suit filed by the makers of the Squatty Potty...

1) GW will re-release the SQUATS in a massive 40K release comprising of at least 5 duel kit infantry models, 3 heroes, 7 tanks/vehicles/war walkers and a knight equivalent model.

2) GW will announce that they are going into Partnership with Privateer Press and the world of Warmachine will be revealed to be a new Realm. Cross over rules will be produced for all armies for both systems.

3) GW will close all their UK factories and outsource production to China. Resulting in a massive wave of price increases to account for the new expensive distribution network improvements and a lowering of quality control the like of which makes Finecast look reliable.

4) GW will pick up the licence for Malazan Book of the Fallen and will produce a vast array of models for the game. It will be the start of the GW Book-War where GW gobbles up major book franchises that feature large scale wars.

5) GW will buy all of the Cuthulu rights and be the only legal source of products for the Great One. This will commence Phase 5 of their complex plan to awaken the great slumbering god. At the same time they will also invest heavily in shipping firms - under the pretence of making it cheaper to ship their products world wide, but really just to give them an excuse to buy vast container ships to facilitate their hunt for the gods prison

6) The Emperor will be revealed to be a Genestealer Cultist. Thus fully realising that his objective all along was to unit and then weaken the Imperium and act as a grand beacon to call his Tyranid Brothers from the dead of space. Custodes will also be revealed to be the supreme evolution of genestealers hidden within their golden armour.
A massive campaign will be had and one by one GW will "Squat" factions that get devoured by the great devourer.

7) GW starts rolling out preassembled and prepainted models for their entire range. Ending all their hobby articles and closing down all their painting apps and paint sales. This being undertaken to wrestle control of the company back from the Diabolical schemes and influence of Dan-"Two Thin Coats" as Dan starts to flex is MEME powers and influence.

8) GW invests in a functional lifesize Land Raider to carry the great Emperor Rountree to and from work - and to compliment their marine and rhino.

GW will put out a press release stating that no new blisterpack character will cost more than 25 dollars US from this point forward, an all current characters will have their prices dropped to that point.

WOTC is set to release new Heroclix expansions this year, including a set comprised SOLELY of Ultraverse characters.

49 - Brexit-related price hikes, no, sorry, this is supposed to be FALSE rumors...

50 - The 2019 Dakka April Fools prank will be original, clever, funny and universally beloved.

I heard a couple of rumors.

1. I heard that GW forgot that CA2017 reduced the cost of twin autocannons from 33 to 30 points, forgot to include it in CA2018, which made the default cost in IA apply again, and will correct it in CA2019 back to 30 points.

2. I heard that GW didn't get the playtesting notes on Castellan Knights in time to make the CA2018 notes, and in CA2019, they're going to nerf it so hard that no one will put it on the field ever again.

GW will reveal that Celissarius Dawl has been working for 10,000 years in secret on Secondis Marines (at the request of RG during his stint in Imperium Secundus), which all are on 42mm bases and have stats far superior to Primaris Marines.

#10 is just plain mean

WOTC releases GI Joe the wargame, and it overtakes Star Wars and 40K in popularity as it uses the 3 3/4 action figure line - with vehicles.

GW has secret plans to release a five-Knight kit that combines on the battlefield to create a certain not-lion Warlord titan...

And for one not-false rumor prediction - This summer, GW releases a Primaris-only codex.
