After enjoying 40k stuff from the outside for a long time I finally bit the bullet and bought some models. Unfortunately I don't have any local friends who want to get into it with me. Anyone in my area interested in helping a new guy learn the ropes? Thanks!

Short of that, the 40k community is huge and spread out everywhere. Games workshop store has a big group, Heroes Comics off Baxter has a big group, and the Louisville Game Store off of Bardstown Road just concluded a killteam campaign. Our Louisville Wargaming group is in the middle of our annual 40k campaign as well that runs all summer.
