And im looking for an alternative for the abyssal champion model which im having a hard time finding. Anybody got and idea of a decent plastic model for it.

Working on Imperial guard Kill Team. And a Nightlords 40k army.

Reaper Bones is a good place to look. Lots of variety on the cheap.

What are you looking for thematically? Straight stereotypical devil/demon like Mantic, or something different?

Pretty much stereo typical. Something that kind of fits into the kings of war style.

Nuremberg

GW bloodletters are not too far away from the Mantic Abyssal style, but Bones is also a good place to look as suggested.

I'm using the Warth of Kings Nasier starter box as an Abyssal Warband.

I'll post pics whenever I get them painted.

Kahn-Urkan, Lord of Shadows - Heroic version

I'm a bit dubious about this one figure. (The company itself is fine: I've ordered from them twice.) This demon is supposed to fit on a 20mm square base, but with wings is 15 cm tall, roughly 5.91 inches. Seems like it will fall or be knocked over a lot. Still, it is menacing looking.

Here's the dude I'm using in my abyssal warband, he fits on a 20mm base snugly.

He looks like he's be unsteady on 40mm base.
