Was thinking of maybe dropping a fire prism for a hemlock but then I lose the focused fire from 2+ prisms. Riders to harrass, rangers for objective and what not, seer and lock for buffs, illic for character/big guy killing and prisms for heavy pew pew. Any tips or thoughts will be much appreciated!

Just small things really, I'd try and get shuriken cannons on all the windriders if possible, so you can stay outside 12", and probably drop the CTMs on the prisms as they'll want to be sitting still most of the time anyway.

I'd also maybe consider conceal on the warlock rather than jinx, to stack the minus to hit, but jinx is good too.

A pair of crimson hunters would synergise well with the list, but they'd have to be a straight swap for the prisms, like you said, there's no point just running 1 prism.

If you want Windriders with shuriken weapons, then go for Biel-Tan and replace the weakly Rangers by Guardians or Dire Avengers.

Thanks for the advice! I've reconsidered a bit and think I will go with a slightly altered list, let me know what you think if you don't mind.

Rangers will do what exactly in this list?

Exactly what they are supposed to, hold objectives, kill characters, be generally annoying. I understand you don't like them or haven't had luck with them, but they've been pretty solid for me.
