Captain and Lieutenant in Repulsor with Hellblasters.

Plan is no back field, marching up to the enemy with 15 powerfists and a whole lot of dakka. Dreads can give rerolls of 1 with the strategem and a couple of units of incepters for some harass/counter deep strike

was thinking raven guard chapter tactics to help me get there but what do you guys think?

would love to hear any sort of feedback, positive or negative. thanks a lot!

Hey man, i think your Repulsor will blow easily turn1, since its the only big vehicle you have, and being about 750 points of your army there.
The autobolt rifle actually sucks, the only decent one is the standard.
Raven guard works well with gun lines, since it works at more than 12", but since you're playing 15 power fists, i think you want to get closer to the enemy, but sincerely i don't know what other chapter tactics you could play, maybe Crimson fists one should fit with lots of small squads.
Anyway, if you plan to play fluffy and for fun, the list is fine, and could probably win you some games, but you shouldn't expect much more than that.

You've basically built the new standard Crimson Fists list, so I'd 100% go with them for Chapter Tactics.

Go Fists, give your captain the relic power fist, pay an extra CP for the relic banner and you're golden. Maybe a little light on anti-armour, but that's the Primaris way. You'll just have to melee tanks to death.

Edit: oh yeah and normal bolt rifles, not auto bolt rifles which kinda suck.

I would lose the Repulsor. You can use those points to get another Hellblaster Squad (maybe even split off two from your existing squad) and some more Inceptors (possibly the Plasma Eradicator version). Otherwise, I like what you have. Lots of bodies and lots of good shooting. Raven Guard or Ultramarines would both be good options. If you have the White Dwarf for Index Astartes Crimson Fists, I would consider using that at well.

@Alessios96:
I didnt think the repulsor could be taken out so easily as to die turn one of shooting is why i was so confident taking it (also has a bit of anti tank). i took the auto rifles as the squad can move much quicker being able to advance and fire and they shoot like rapid fire bolters at range 24. I thought the combination of those 2 things would make them worth taking over the normal rifles. That was my train of thought on that at least, thanks for the input!

@IanVanCheese:
Imperial fists do sound very fluffy for this list so that sounds good, but why are the autobolt rifles so hated? i don't usually take them but in a list like this id argue extra mobility combined with getting 2 shots a model after advancing seems strong. if i took the other ones they'd only move 6 a turn if i was going to fire with them and if i was still running they aren't firing at all.. but yeah thanks for the input and let me know your opinion on that im very curious.

@casvalremdeikun:
Yeah the first guy said to lose the repulsor too i thought it was tanky enough to absorb most turn 1 heavy fire support but i guess not. can never go wrong with more hellblasters lol. thanks for the input!

The problem with 1 Repulsor in the list it that it is the only ideal target for guns that do more than 2-3 damage, such as Lascannons, etc.
As an Eldar player, it would actually be a fairly easy target for me to down turn 1 with my Fire Prisms. 6d3 S9 shots with AP-4 D:3 that reroll to hit and wound will drop that easily.
The issue is that the competitive meta encourages lists that can down an Imperial Knight per turn. A Repulsor is no where near as "tanky" as a Knight

If this is a more casual list, I'd keep it in, though. It's a fun/fluff addition to the list and the only way to transport your Primaris Infantry.
Just don't be surprised if it is consistently killed turn 1/turn2 in every competitive game you play

As Galef said, many competitive list focus on taking down a knight turn1, and if a list can take down a knight it could take down 2 repulsor probably. But you should also consider that if youre playing for fun and not an extra competitive game, your repulsor could be safe for a while, but being the only vehicle you have is like putting a target for lascannons on him

Btw, the chapter tactic we were talkin about is the Crimson fists one, not Imperial fists, they've added it in the new White Dwarf, check it out! It gives you plus 1 to hit when shooting at bigger units, with at least x2 the models of the one shooting (perfect for aggressors and inceptors).

Ah, autobolt rifles suck cause they are ap0, have a worst stratagem and have less range.

This covers everything I was going to say. Grab this month's White Dwarf and check out the new Crimson Fists chapter tactic.
