I have recently moved into a new, friendly and relaxed meta. I have a tyranid list i have been thinking of running but I don't want to bring a super competitive list to a more casual meta so I'm posting it here to see what dakka thinks of it.

The player base in my area plays mostly imperial, so lots of marines and various guard armies, there is also a gentlemen's agreement that we don't use forge world models.

What does dakka think of my list? Is it over the top strong or rediculously weak? What things would you alter?

Double flyrant the genestealers and the hive guard makes this a strong list. Sure you toned it down a bit but this list will wreck most friendly lists regardless if you get first turn. I would drop one more squad of stealers for gaunts and drop a few hive guard to get a tervigon that combo tones the list way down but its still strong enough to hold itself handily in a friendly meta

The list is pretty strong to be fair. I think in a more relaxed and friendly meta you could tone it back a little more. Depending on the models you have I'd just take one maxed out stealer unit and then a unit of rippers to fill troops battalion.
If I played this with a friendly marine list I know i'd get worked over hard.
