This would fall into a similar category as Tyranid pyrovores and the Acid Blood stratagem.
Pyrovores have the acid blood trait, meaning for every unsaved wound you roll a dice, and on a 6 the enemy unit which dealt the wound takes a mortal wound.
Tyranid acid blood states you activate it on a tyrranid unit in the fight phase, and for every unsaved wound etc.
Since its a strat that affects a unit of nids you can effectivaly double up on Acid blood with pyrovores.
If something charge's and kills all 3 pyrovores in a unit, you now get to roll 24 dice which inflict mortal wounds on a 6. Just to add some spice, each dead pyrovore inflicts another mortal wound on a 4+ when they die.
With rigged dice, a unit of pyrovores can theoretically inflict 18 wounds from overwatch, then another 27 mortal wounds from dying.
