Title says it all mostly,

I am running an artillery heavy 1000pt list (4 basilisks) and I'm wondering if the MOO is worth it? Or if I should drop him and fill up his 30pts with dakka?

What do you guys think?

If you're playing Cadian, no don't take him, they already re-roll ones. If you're playing Catachan, take Harker instead, no min range for re-rolls. If you're playing any other regiment, sure he'd be a decent choice. Otherwise I'd take a techpriest instead if you need the elite choice so he can repair tanks, or maybe another Astropath since their powers are very helpful.
