According to the IA: Forces of the Astra Militarum, Plague Ogyrn deal mortal wounds to anything without the "Nurgle" keyword when they die. Do they deal wounds to units with the "Covenant of Nurgle" keyword? I assume they would but I thought I would check anyways.

"COVENANT OF NURGLE" isn't "NURGLE". It's that simple really.
R&H are not poorly conceived, they're poorly executed.
That said, I personally think it makes perfect sense that cannon-fodder cultists and other low-level wretches are not "Marked" by their God and do not possess <NURGLE> or what-have-you.
