If you have a unit of vehicles that operates in a squadron, but has no each vehicle operates independently clause in their rules, like say, Eldar War Walkers, do the effects of a stratagem and/or psychic power still affect all the vehicles when declared/cast? Just checking!

.Only a fool believes there is such a thing as price gouging. Things have value determined by the creator or merchant. If you don't agree with that value, you are free not to purchase.

If they have no rule saying they split up, then yes they are all one unit. Stratagems will affect the whole unit. Remember they need to stay in coherency too.

If they don't split up (like, for example, Leman Russes) but stay as one unit (like, for example, Sentinels), then they stay as a single unit for all purposes, including stratagems.

And they are subject to morale (unless a rule says otherwise).

So a unit of 3 sentinels can lose its last model (all 6 wounds of it) if the other two are slain in one turn and if it fails a morale check. (odds are low, but it can happen)

As above but I will add that some stratagems affect units and some affect individual models. A stratagem that affects units will apply to the whole squadron (providing the stratagem is used before the point at which the squadron splits into separate units or the squadron never splits up) and one that affects a single model (such as Rage of The Machines in the Adeptus Mechanicus codex) will do so regardless of how many models happen to be in a unit.
