The Wastes of Krieg

So I just ordered some Hellhounds for my Nurgle Traitor Guard army, but I'm wondering what some people think are the best bits to make them look more chaos oriented. Probably throw some chains on them, but that's all I got so far

Your force is quite advanced down the path towards corruption, yes?

For Nurgle, the usual motifs are boils, tentacles and corrosion.

I'd recommend checking out rednekkboss's thread over at the Bolter and Chainsword, especially his/her Heldrake, Miss Charlotte.

It's a long read, but worth it IMO.

Corroded armour and bulging/split armour can look great on vehicles, but usually requires a Dremel or similar power tool.

And definitely practice painting rust and slime.

Green stuff is easy to use.

Also, take a drill and just use it a few turns against the armor to dent it.

And you can always use the crackle paint to give it a 'scabby' look, too.

Mob Rule is not a rule.

Spikes and skulls are great, and any rhino or predator/vindicator chaos kit will have spares. And as others have said, try using Nurglings on the vehicle to give it some great creative spark.
