1. If it is the oponents tern, and two separate enemy units declare a charge against a single one of your units, can your unit overwatch against both of the oponents units? Or to go in further, can your unit potentially fire against any number of separate incoming charges in the same phase?

2. It is your turn, your unit decides to fire on an enemy unit that has 10 models, you are firing with a unit of 3 models, only 2 models of the enemy unit are in line your of sight, but all of your unit of 3 can see those 2 models. Your unit has 2 bolters and 1 lascannon, you declared to fire all 3 weapons at the enemy unit. You roll to the boltguns and cause enough wounds to kill 2 models. The oposing players removes the two models in line of sight. Can your lascannon still fire at the remaining models in the unit even though you now no longer have line of sight?

3. If you have a unit of 10 models, 9 of the 10 models have a 4+ armour save, one model has a shield (or similar item) that grants him a 3+ save, can you allocate all of the oposing players damage on to that model with the shield (effectively giving the entire unit a +3 save) until that model is slain?

1. Charges are done one at a time. So your unit would fire overwatch at the first enemy unit, and if that unit fails it's charge, your unit can then fire overwatch once again at the next charge declared on them. Overwatch can be fired any number of times until they're locked in melee.

2. Line of Sight only matters when declaring the enemy unit as a target. Once a target is declared, all of your weapons are "locked in". So no, he could not pull models away to remove line of sight.

3. Each attack (or shot) is supposed to be done individually, "Fast Rolling" is only a suggestion. So if the opponent rolled all of his dice for a single weapon type, you could select which model will receive the hit and use their saves until that model is dead. You would then proceed to pick another model and use their saves until dead. Repeat until all of your models are dead.

1. Yes however you roll charge per unit first. If the first unit fails it's charge after overwatch then you may overwatch the second. You may fire any number of times as long as you aren't engaged yet.

2. The lascannon shot would be lost I believe.

3. Yes. This is how cover would work too if part of the squad was in and part was out.

1) you declare charges one by one. Unit A declares a charge against the enemy unit, which gets to overwatch. If it fails to get within an inch with the charge, and unit B also charges that unit, it'll again get to overwatch. If unit A managed to get within an inch, then any following charges will not receive overwatch - as you can only overwatch if not already engaged.

2) yes, as determining range and visibility is done when assigning weapons to targets, and only then do you actually shoot.

3) if that unit consists of 2 wound models and one of them has a better save, you'd assign two wounding shots to it, then attempt to save them with your 3+ armour. If it loses one wound, and it's down to one wound remaining, you'd roll the hits one by one from then on. This is all assuming that each incoming shot is just 1 damage.
Generally speaking: only ever assign as much damage (assume the highest possible damage for a hit, eg a 6 for D6 damage) as the model has wounds left, or one.

Cover doesn't work like that. If a single model is outside cover, no model in the unit gets a cover save. However, you can remove the models that are outside cover first, and then the remaining models will get a cover save once they are slain.

1. Each Charge is declared and resolved fully, including Overwatch, before the next charge is declared. As clearly noted under the rules for Overwatch "A target unit can potentially fire Overwatch several times a turn..."

A: No. You determine the number of attacks the firing unit will make against the target unit before any of those attacks are made (i.e. before any hit rolls are made). If you are resolving these attacks one at a time and your opponent removes the only visible model as a casualty, you still continue to resolve the remainder of the firing unit’s attacks against that target.

3. All Saves are made one at a time, even if your opponent used the Fast Dice Rolling rules to roll all their attacks and wounds rolls at once. So, yes, you can assign wounds to the model in the unit with the "best" save as long as there are no models in the unit that have already taken a Wound and are still alive.

This isn't actually true. A unit doesn't receive cover unless they're entirely within it.

What you could do is remove models until the whole unit is within cover, and then use the cover save for the remaining Wounds.

That is what I meant when I said cover worked the same. Sorry for any confusion.
