They're just Night Goblins with fancy new names so GW can protect their already half plagiarize IP. The O&G book allows us to play Night Goblins just fine as is.

It's time to go full Skeletor

Yes, the O&G army book is great!

My list is a fun O&G variant list for WFB. Too be clear my ideas are not meant to replace anything or force anyone to play the game a certain way.

Agreed with Baldrick.

The only thing faction pure night goblins lack is the ability to buy back the -1Ld for heroes.
Having a Ld7 general sucks, and generally forces one to run Skarsnik.

T9A fixed this early, Night Goblin warlords were Ld8, though big bosses were still Ld6.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Orlanth, reread above. You don't agree with Baldrick.

I agree with Baldrick, the 8th edition WFB O&G book is the best, and you can play a Night Goblin army 'just fine' with it.

You prefer non-WFB 9AGE where you get everything you want in your army lists, under your own admission above. The 8th edition WFB O&G book is the best!

Neither of your comments have anything to do with my post regarding the Gloomspite Gitz variant army list.

But I concede, it was a mistake to post here. It's obvious this forum is lurking with trolls looking for a fight. You win, I'm gone and I won't be coming back.

Baldricks point is that there is no need for your port for Gloomspite Gits. Night goblins cover all the bases, there are new sculpts but no actual new units (so far) except the giant troll, which can simply be used as a giant.

I do prefer T9A 1.1, but that is not the point, I prepare for multiple options and have invested heavily in buying up 8th when possible. I am now missing only Tamurkhan and the Wood Elf army book.
