The tournament allows selection of Warlord Trait and relics before every game.
I will always take the Blade of Admonition on my Warlord and the Auric Aquillas on my jetbike Captain
Depending on my opponent, I will take either Rightous Rage (for choppy buffs) or Indomnitable Belief (against high AP armies) and I will take the Brazier of Eternal Flame if my opponent has Psykers.

Captain will always get Victor of the Blood Games.

I will hold 1 CP in reserve for Shoulder the Mantle, so that I can deny my opponent Slay the Warlord.

Custodians will probably get held in Deep Strike reserve. The Vexillus will advance and hopefully keep the jetbikes alive, then (hopefully) give hyperaccurate Deep Strike to the Custodians, letting them get a garunteed charge from reserves.

Because I'm spending 4-5 Command Points pregame, and am saving 1 for StM, I have 7-8 to play around with. 3 might go to the Deep Strike, so I'll really have 4-5 that are totally free. With these, I expect to use 5+ Overwatch on the bikes, +1 To Wound on my spears when they charge, possibly Blessed Bolts on a sisters squad if they get appropriately buffed by Acts of Faith first.
