So, your options are limited due to traffic at night, bit game kastle Fremont is a good one.
Black Diamond Games is good but you are fighting traffic on Monday nights to get there, and the community is....iffy

Faultline 40k group meets regularly at Game Kastle Mountain View, but a longer drive than the Fremont location.
We had a Tuesday night group at End Game in Oakland, but they closed :(

It's a good store, IDK how much he is there, but the owner, Seth, is an amazing painter who judges competition world wide and is always available to talk. He is a good guy who is funny.

Drive up to the north bay and visit outflank games for some pretty good monthly tournaments. A lot of in meta competitive lists most of the time but without TFGs (at least I've never played against one.)
They do team tournaments and 2k tournaments once a month mostly. Shop owner is a really nice guy.
