Special Rules
Canticle of the Omnissiah

Mining Automata Protocols:
Rock Braking Protocol:
While in effect, when the model is stationary and when rolling to determine the damage done by its meltaguns roll 2d6 and select the higher of the two.

Berzerker Protocol:
While in effect, may reroll charge rolls.

Explodes

Re-Purposed:
AMBots Mining Automata are a common enough site across the Imperium, with Genestealer cults making use of re-purposed mining equipment it was inevitable that AMBots would find their way into their forces. If taking this unit as part of a Genestealer cult, use the 'Tyranid, Genestealer Cult, <Cult>' faction keyword band; AMBots taken in this way do not benefit from the Canticles of the Omnissiah.

Faction Keywords:
Imperium, Adeptus Mechanicus, Cult Mechanicus, <Forgeworld>
OR
Tyranid, Genestealer Cult, <Cult>

Keywords:
Vehicle, Ambot

SUPER SPECIAL RULES FOR HBMC:
Spoiler:

Super Berzerker Protocol:
All safeties off : While in effect all successful wound rolls made by HBMC for an AMbot causes mortal wounds. If in a turn the AMbot fails to make any wounds against an enemy model, resolve one 1 mortal wound against any other friendly units in the same combat.

Hail of Body Parts: Any friendly models in the same close combat as an AMBot may reroll any failed to hit rolls.

Blind Faith in the Machine Spirit: For every table flipped by HBMC gain an additional CP.

In My Lab

Seems pretty strong, 5 T5 Wounds with a 3+ save is good, and 3 S8 AP-4 D3 attacks... Hoo boy.

Also, you haven't put anything for changing protocols, so currently they just get both.

Im kinda treating them as the Automata equivalent to Centurions. Though not quite as good in some ways.

I priced them relative to the Kastellan, these aren’t as strong or tough and their weapons aren’t as good.

Their protocols are intended to function like the Kastellan’s. I wrote this up during my lunch break at work so I didn’t have a reference to get that rule right.

HBMC might need to have a big sack of model tables to make most use of the special rule

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Have you looked at his terrain blog? He'll need a fething hydrolic jack to flip the table.
