Hey all,

trying to find an old article. Cant seem to find in my older WD magazines but i know i had it.

It was something like, a planet/city, where they got ready their defenses for upcoming chaos invasion, but it never came. instead, the hysteria, panic, etc led the population to fall into chaos without a single invasion force even appearing...

Anyone know which issue that may be from?
