Does anyone know what actually happened to Eliphas after Retribution? Is he dead? Alive in the service of Abaddon? Does anyone know if GW plans to make a return for him?

He was Relic's character, and has only ever appeared in GW fiction once ("Inheritor" short story). It is likely that you will never see him again because GW aren't going to do anything with him and after the disaster that was DoW III, don't expect another Dawn of War game for him to feature in.
