Mello all I base coated my entire Ork army in black Primer to prep them for painting and now I changed up my painting idea. I want a bad moons yellow theme, can I prime it yellow on top of the black prime with Army Painter: Primer: Daemonic Yellow and it would come out ok? or would the yellow look horrible on top of the black primer.

Should be pretty easy to spray on a different primer colour, but you might start losing details under all that paint.

I've had some decent results undercoating with a brown or ocher first.

You can probably get away with spraying Army Painter over the top of the black but you may need 2 coats and you may need to be thorough otherwise you will end up with some hidden or inaccessible areas still being black or only having a light dusting of yellow.

You will need to be careful with the Army Painter yellow so that it doesn't go on too thickly or clog up detail.
