4 drops, 3 magic items, and MSU. Karanak can summon a surprise unit of Flesh-hounds for free, and there is a ton of magic disruption. Leaning towards Bloodlords for the Daemon half, Goretide for the Bloodbound half.
Thoughts on which magic items I should use? My thought is Bloodsecrator getting the Thronebreaker’s Torc (ignores save modifiers), Insensate Rage BT as general (+4 move), and Halo of Blood (attacks first in each combat). Maybe something special out of Malign Sorcery items for the WoK BT. Very anti-magic, mage armies will suffer, and gets me extra command points too.

So, I haven’t heard a peep. Can anybody offer suggestions? What magic items do I take? Is this a workable list? Should I nuke it?

Can we take two different Tribes within the same army? I kinda thought it was like the Beasts of Chaos where we had to pick...seems to force armies to be more daemony or more mortally to gain the bonuses.

But yeah, I think it's a very viable build with multiple threat overloads and great ways to many Blood Tithes; which is extra great for summoning and/or auto-unbinding spells for 2 or piling in extra times to attack (love that they changed the tithe points).

While I'm still unsure of how awesome the endless blessings will be, a Slaughterpriest is always useful for D6 mortal wounds, or luring enemies closer to your killy death bombs.

For the Bloodsecrator I might recommend Aqhsy: Ignax's Scales or even the Thermalrider Cloak. The Scales give him a 4+ vs mortal wounds, or the Cloak would let him fly and +4" to get him in range for the portal more easily. I like that they made him able to move and portal now, even without the anti-battleshock ability.

The book specified you can take multiple tribes. But you’re forced to take a set artifact on the first guy in the tribe who receives an item. So I HAVE to take the anti-modifier to somebody’s armor save.

So should look good at first glance? Thanks!

I would take at least one more slaughterpriest or a warshrine. Because of all the pts in endless spells. they could be gone if you face some long range shooting that can take him out. I would spread the risk.

as blessings I would choose killing frenzy to boost that to hit roll of the insensate rage. (Not 100% sure I do not have the book on me, but I am pretty sure it is still there)

While I can't offer suggestions in regard to the army list, the tribe thing is not true. You can only choose one Slaughterhost.

If your army is a Khorne army, you can give it a
Slaughterhost keyword. All Khorne units in your
army gain that keyword. If a model already has a
Slaughterhost keyword, it cannot gain another one,
but this does not prevent other units in your army
from having a different Slaughterhost keyword.

Second part is simply to allow you to take named characters with a given Slaughterhost keyword in another Slaughterhost, e.g. Khorgos Khul in an otherwise Bloodlord army.
