So Humble Bundle has a big bundle going for a lot of the IDW era comics for Transformers.
I've been a fan of them for years, but being born in 86 I sort of "missed" most of them the first time around on the TV (heck the Transformers film came out that very year*). So this comic bundle looked like a neat way to jump in and grab a huge swath of the comics for a very small price. However not being a long term fan or anything the listing was utterly confusing as to what one is actually getting; not helped by the fact that the Comixology listings are a mishmash of all the different generations of Transformers and some things get listed two or three times in different forms. So I sat down and started to work putting some order to it!
I should note that another person has already done a better job of listing the IDW era in a reading order combined with specific links to the USA Comixology for the missing issues/series.

What my guide is aiming to do is basically include all the "other" stuff such as the Bay movie tie-ins and classic era publications as well. Basically giving any one new (including myself) a very clear idea of at least what era/generation things fit into instead of having to trawl through all the different pages and tabs.
What I present below is a catalogue of the different eras/groups of comics as presented on Comixology (I've also included links to the
UK site - though all should be listed just the same on the US or other territories). I've not put any publication order to them, but the listings are there. Every comic with a * beside it is included in the current Humble Bundle Deal found here:

As of this post its still got 7 days to go and the top pledge is only $15
The only content that gets mentioned at being odd to have left out is the Spotlight series as that ties into the early part of the story quite a bit it would seem. Going by the website noted above as the reading list and after my own casual glance it does indeed seem that its the only highly desirable content to read that is missing; many of the rest of the "missing" main IDW era comics are either cross-overs or one-shot stories.
Note if I've made any mistakes below please do feel free to correct me and I'll edit the corrections in.
Note total bundle in PDF format is 7.8GB in size.
If you download Dark Cybertron in
HD format though it goes up to 9.8GB (its a 2GB download in PDF and provided in
HD and regular)
*I was, and continue to be, sad that the movie clearly pitched at an older audience and better animation quality than the TV series of the time aimed at.
