A couple clarifications:

This is for scoring points in the overall ITC rankings or if you attend a tourney that gives prizes for best in faction, like the upcoming BayAreaOpen.

I don't see any solid anti-Castellan/Titan fire power. Nothing that looks like it can put out 28 wounds, at T8.
Other than something like another knight what puts out 28 wounds, at T8?
No, not another knight. I am not advocating that! My
comment is poorly written, sorry.
I meant, I don't think your intercessors' fire power with their guns, the basilisk, etc. I don't know if all of that can destroy something titanic with 24 or 28 wounds at Toughness 8, in one or two turns.
The best guns in the list are in the hellblaster squad, their Plasma Incinerators, right? How many models is that? Ten? 165 points times 2? Is that ten guys, all sporting a plasma incinerator?
I had to look up the entry as it doesn't mention model count. You might rewrite it to look like this:
Hellblaster - x10, plasma incineratros x10, 330 points.
Anyway, when looking at what kind of damage output they do, we get the following:
When Super Charging - 10 shots, rolling to hit at BS3 gets us ~6.5, 7 hits with a captain or reroll
strat used. Half of those S8 hits wound a T8 Castellan or other Imp Knight, or 4 to 5 with a LT cheering the boys with his reroll wounds bubble. The IK has 4 to 5 saves to make with its 4++. 2 or 3 get through doing 4 to 6 wounds. Out of 24 or 28.
The basilisk might hurt it a wee bit more for 3 wounds. Pedro's fist, plus the Chimera gets some licks in, ThunderFire Cannon, maybe a Heavy Bolter from the Basilisk ... adding on to the above calculated 7 to 9 of its wounds with your strongest guns, which is not good. Maybe cut an IK down' to half its wounds? And the rest of the army is S4 or lasguns.
It is hard as heck to chop down an IK in one turn (even top level
GT players need two turns sometimes). Anyway, something to think about.
