Looking at stats, and especially comparing their size to Primaris marines... which would make sense as a counts as?

I dont know about converting sigmar to 40k statwise.
However modelwise they are greatly compatible kit for konversion!

Ancient Space Wolves Venerable Dreadnought
|
They look neat.
Nearly every other Space Wolves player has a unit or two of Chaos Warriors wearing backpacks and helmets and toting Bolters.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go. |

Just use WE FG upgrades and the new CSM released models, add some skulls from GW basing and bam, they look awesome. I've just built 25 and are ready to paint. As for the Sigmar bits, I wouldn't use them myself, they are Khonrey but they aren't WEry in my opinion.

IMO until GW updates their embarrassing Berzerker models, using conversions from AoS models like Blood Warriors and Wrathmongers is the only way to get respectable-looking Berzerkers.

Well, I'd prefer the original ones.
But my Bloodbound army tells me that Blood Warriors can be taken as Bezerkers and Bloodreavers as Cultists.
