Remember when on KS, you could just post an idea and people would fund your project?

Well, quite a few have pledged a dollar, but not exactly to fund this project...

A person set up a kickstarter for a CCG based on Game of Thrones. He made it in his lunch break and the cards were MS paint. He didn't have a license to produce it, claimed originally that he had permission from HBO then walked it back to say that he didn't need permission from anyone because it was based on the books. Stretch goals included cards signed by the cast, manuscript of episodes signed by all the cast and a replica of Arya's dagger.
His goal was $15000US from which he expected to rent a warehouse, buy the machines for printing cards and post everything.
What was most surprising was that he actually genuinely believed his idea was a good one and that it was viable as a business. The comments section was really quite funny!
