Raven Guard trait means any unit firing from beyond 12" suffers a -1 to hit (which is huge when you don't have that many points!)

Captain boards one razorback with one tac squad to hopefully get an objective or at least tank some damage.

Lieutenant either boards other razorback with tac squad to provide reroll 1s for wounds for the tac squads and captain OR he goes with Devs to give them reroll 1s for wounds (which is pretty good too)

Scouts provide screening, extra bodies, general nuisance.
