Hi, you can probably guess that my name is Dave. I currently live in Norfolk and I've been into miniatures since I was about 8 years old. I would try my best to get my mum to take me to the games workshop store in The Plaza Mall in Tottenham Court Road, London where I would wander around and just look at all the cool stuff! I used to collect Eldar to paint and played the odd game of Epic 40k and Necromunda way back. I enjoyed the hobby until I was about 15 at which point I really got into computer games (such as x-wing) then a college life of slacking and drinking (which went too far into my twenties), so the wargaming took a backseat for a long time. About 7 years ago I met a group of like minded folks at work and set up a lunchtime gaming session where we would play things like resistance, coup, munchkin and other quick games. Some of us eventually started evening sessions of Star Wars Legion and X-Wing v1.0. I am currently obsessed with Legion (but don't have enough time to play!) and also have a sea of grey GW miniatures waiting to be painted (more eldar, space marines, undead, elves...) and the new (ish) box of blood bowl whose contents have yet to feel sunlight.

My friend and I have recently been designing wargame terrain using Legion as the inspiration and plan to start making and selling it for real rather than just enhancing our own games.
