I've never seen tickets go this quickly, do not wait to grab one if you want to come!

Make sure to grab tickets to the events you want to attend early as we do anticipate the event selling out. Unlike previous years, many of the main events do not have room to expand so once it’s sold out, that’s that.

I'd recommend the daytime social events if your wife wants to make some new friends (unless she's gaming the entire time, of course) and just come to have fun and make new friends.

Some of the basics: unless you live in the desert already and are used to it, bring chapstick, lotion and drink lots of water. Grab a hotel room early to reduce stress and make your stay super convenient, and come with a good attitude which it seems like you already are. If you come expecting to win every game your first time, it might be easy to get disappointed. But if you come to make new friends and have fun, you will hit the mark

Yeah, I seriously never thought that that would happen, it was crazy to watch.

And we signed on a bigger venue for 2022 and 2023 already, possibly 2021 if we can make it work so that's not an issue for the future but yeah, lol, very cool to see the tournament scene kicking so much butt.

I remember the days when we thought the 512 person tournament was a pipe dream, lol, now we sell out over 800 in a day, so cool and so crazy.

When do drop outs and people being emailed about new availability usually start happening? So I know when to pay close attention

Wow this is amazing, my friends and I have only really started playing and such over the last year and we were talking about doing this as our possible first big tournament. Looks like the doubles and friendly are still open at least, any idea how fast those are going? Putting everyone on alerts today to get purchases made.

I went for my first visit last year as "recon" for my group, now 3 of us are signed up and 2 are on the wait list. Excited to see some of the same faces as I had excellent opponents last year.

Las Vegas Open Attendees: It is looking like a LOT of you are bringing Chaplain Venerable Dreadnoughts. So here are a few things to be aware of. 1. Those models aren't widely available and while we received a lot of conversion approval requests for them, we did not receive them in the numbers we are seeing in the lists. So, if you didn't get one approved and you don't have the actual model you need to make sure what you're playing is a conversion, a counts as will be removed and a yellow card issued. 2. Chaplain Dreadnoughts got a lot better via the FAQ, however, they did not gain the <Chaplain> keyword. The deadline for getting your conversions approved has passed, the Google Form is closed and none of us will be approving them, it is up to you now. We will be keeping an eye out for these at LVO 2020.
