I'm close to submitting this for an upcoming major. I was hoping for some feedback on the list overall and if any hard counters come to mind I should be thinking of. I've been using the core of the list with good results already, but had to make changes with the Ynnari nerf.

For some explanation, the guardians act as a screen similar to plaguebearers as with conceal+protect and the fearless warlord trait they're -2 to hit with 3++. The characters and sometimes the wyches (against aggressive armies) hide behind and everything is either hard to hit or can act out of LOS. The wyches can come in t2 with their re-rollable charges or start on the board if the opponent is coming to me.

Thanks for any feedback/advice!

Regarding your girls' load outs; I think the agonizer is better for the hekatrix. There are Daemon Princes, Nurgle marines (Morty's bodyguard) and other T5 or better critters that the Ag can better smack, with its AP penalty. And you can always use her kneecaps/elbows (basic ccw) against guardsmen or other soft T3 targets to wound on 3s, like Astra Militarum HQs when they have invulnerable saves. All are better than one extra swing, imho. Against power armor, the wounding is the same, 4+, but the agonizer neuters their save. You'll kill more marines with the agonizer than the extra swing.

For the succubi, I think the straight load out is better, too, the A-glaive and Ag. The Arch-Glaive will help against vehicles. You already have plenty of ShardNets to increase No Escape, so having the HQs carry them is redundant, when the S6 glaive can help whittle down tanks. Last, neither succubi nor wyches can have pistols if they take a Shardnet/Imp option. A minor point, but it's there.
