Apologies if this is a simple question but I can't seem to find the info anywhere online. I'm getting back into the hobby after a few years out and am keen to get playing KoW again.

My question is whether or not I need to buy Clash of Kings 2019 AND 2018, or is all the 2018 additional content/rule changes included in or invalidated by 2019?

Welcome back! COK 2019 has everything relevant from 2018 in it, or replaces it with updated stuff. COK 2018 literally does nothing except allow somebody to recreate the magic of KOW during Dec 2017 to Dec 2018

And that's only worth it if you want to play abyssal breath-spam, League Halfling archer spam or goblin spitter spam.



In all other kinds and purposes. Clash 19 is better.
