Right the stuff above is the original game, which is being reprinted, it's been pretty well recived, the minis are decent (maybe a touch off CMONs best, but certainly worth having) shipping wave 1

Now they were very late shipping Middara from the last KS (having underestimated costs and development time), however they persevered, raised more money privately (and when they knew the game was 'done' by opening back up to late backers) and produced a really neat product so I have confidence they will deliver (and probably a lot closer to on time as they know the costs & timelines a lot better)

they've also been very active in producing play aids, apps etc

I backed the original and was quite pleased with the end result.

Reminded me a lot of how Kingdom Death was run and panned out. Getting similar vibes from round two. Especially with the freebie unlocks every day.

Speaking of other things Kingdom Death has done (besides also bringing in a ton of money on the first day) there was talk of crossovers being done once more.

-The original game has Black Wolf from Demigods Evolution, a game that supposedly exists in the wild but I have yet to ever receive a copy of...

Anyway...it'll be an interesting ride to see if those pledge levels full of swag end up worth it. I'm hoping for more resin models down the line. Maybe some cosplaying models of the main characters?

I'm teetering on the edge, but for now, I've backed this. I've read nothing but good things about this game, and the Kingdom Death vibes tickle me in a good way.

If anything, getting Chapter One should be guaranteed good quality.

Anime-style miniatures are a bit strange, but it'll be a fun challenge. I just wish I could get that horrifically beautiful toppled head with finger infestations alone without going all-in $300. That model alone is Kingdom Death in a wonderous way.

Definitely worth a look. Since my game arrived we have played about a quarter of the way through the big book...great fun, and yes, screwing around and missing turn counts does affect later events.

So far, I'm in. This looks quite interesting.
