Ok, so I want to make the nastiest, most ruthless Slaanesh list possible. One designed to wreck tournaments and make my opponents quit turn one (again, in tournaments when swag is on the line). Slaanesh needs two things: guaranteed first turn, and multiple Keepers that can charge on said first turn. Part one: two battalions-a Supreme Sybirite and a Seeker Cavalcade. Two drops is practically a guaranteed first turn, and who cares about the double turn for the enemy. Part two is the Keepers: run two and it’s mean. Run three and you’re trying to break your enemy like Bane vs Batman’s weak spinal column after he hasn’t had enough Red Bull. And you need those charges too. So...meet the list:

Godseekers Host (+1 to charge, D3 depravity for making a charge, D6 for 3+ charges)

Supreme Sybirites (1-6 heroes, +1 command point each turn if you roll below # of heroes)
Keeper w/sinistrous claw, thrill-Seeker (run and charge command), 4+ on MW cloak
Keeper w/sinistrous claw, thermalrider cloak
Shalaxi w/whip
Contorted Epitome
Exalted Hero of Slaanesh or mesmerizing mirror (for Shalaxi-based shenanigans)

Seeker Cavalcade
Hellstriders w/whips and full command
Hellstriders w/whips and full command
Seeker Chariot or third unit of Hellstriders

Endless Spell: Chronomatic Cogs

This list has wiggle room between 1900-2000pts. So ~100 left. I can change one unit of Hellstriders to a Seeker Chariot and add an exalted champion of Slaanesh, or even add endless spells or another unit of Hellstriders. I’m having a hard time deciding between shadow or fire artifacts. Shadow has some nice toys (murderous Epitome), but fire has the almost necessary thermalrider cloak and a few nifty weapons, plus that awesome 4+ save against MWs. This should get me first turn without much chance of losing it, as well as a likely 4 additional command points first turn (2 battalions, 1 auto, and one from the Sybirites). What am I missing, if anything? Heroes are everything, and this utilizes the horrific power of the Keepers, with a few other bonuses along the way.

PS, I WANT criticism. If you see flaws or changes you think I should make, don’t hesitate to bring it up. I know I’m short on bodies. I plan on having a pretty decent sideboard with me to get more through DP.

IMO...

Seems like if you don't get cogs off those turn one charges fall apart (you'll get some, but not all) and you open yourself up to be picked apart piecemeal. Or if they see what you have and deploy a bit further back. Terrain could also get in the way. If you go first and it doesn't work you open yourself to a 1/3 chance of getting doubled which is more or less auto-lose unless they screw up hard.

IMO, do this and go second. They get a chance to get buffs off and to get to objectives first, neither of those are going to stop you from ripping them apart. The way to beat this list is on the counter-charge, if you create a situation where some of your units pass their charge while others fail you are splitting yourself up and creating openings. Most armies don't have the means to screen against this much movement effectively, and those that do will certainly have done so during deployment anyways.

The reality is the inexperienced/netlist players are the ones you can generally get to quit round one, and those are the ones that also pose the least threat of actually beating you. To win tournaments you need to focus on how to win when that isn't going to work.

I totally get how important the Cogs are. They’re a 100% required part of the list. That’s why the CE will be deployed in the very back field to avoid the chance of my opponent dispelling it, and it has a rerollable chance to cast it. Three Keepers are likely not all going to die turn one. And even if two do, regardless of making points, I’m getting one back from depravity. So I’m confident in my ability to get the Cogs off, and totally fine with even two Keepers dying turn one. The Hellstriders/Chariots are there to bog stuff down so the Keepers aren’t totally surrounded after they run in and start kicking stuff up. On paper, I’m confident with it. Few drops, terrain shouldn’t muck me up too much since the profiles aren’t that big; only 2-3 units have more than a single model in them.

I'm not saying to change the list, just to go second instead of first. But you can test it both ways and see how it goes.
