Looking to get back into Orks, I know bad moons lootas/souped up shokka lists are popular but I wanted to try a more aggressive evil sunz/speed freeks list. Not trying to win any ITC matches, just want to perform reasonably in pick up games.

Squads of 20 are in the battlewagons. Basic strategy is to mob up the footsloggers (deployed either out of line of sight or range), da jump, and try and get a first turn charge alongside the 2 battlewagons, deffkilla, biker boss and bike mek. If I don't get first turn, Kunnin' but Brutal is there to let me redeploy the battlewagons. Open-topped allows the shoota boyz to clear screens before the charge. Gretchin will cap objectives in the backfield.

I filled out the remaining points with smasha gunz for anti-tank. I've also considered Deffskullz Shokkjump Dragstas or Tankbustas in trukks (I know meganobz are great but they're kind of a hit to the wallet). Any suggestions for how I can rework/beef up this list for 2k? Any experience with battlewagon-centric lists? C&C appreciated.

As a longtime Ork player, I gotta say the new killsawz are absolutely worth the +2 pts. The bonus to AP and static damage output is phenomenal.

Now one option you could do is drop the 10-man mob and turn it to grots. Then, that 30man group could be Da Jump'd,then you can do the Unending Green Tide strategem later in the game after they soak T1 shooting.

Battlewagons are good but you need screens or three. Such spooky vehicles are gonna draw every single anti-vehicle weapon your opponents have to offer . Trukk missiles are crude but effective, as you can put something specialized an spooky in there to force target priority.
