This is too easy to beat.

I suggest that you use something like the one below that achieved 2nd place in the Carolina Crusade a few months ago. Word of warning though, you will get your ass spanked by Eldar flying circuses, but you'll rape a lot of other armies out there. You will struggle in objective games a bit, because most players will try to win based on objectives since it'll be hard to win in anything else against this list as very few can match the survivability and firepower of the list below.

I think it looks like a fun list. It won't be winning any tournaments though. Those crisis suits are going to melt fast. The vanguard detachment looks like a great base though if you wanted to go competitive. Then you could throw in pathfinders instead of marker drones, and bring infantry and what not.

I would love to play that list of yours in a casual game. But if you take it to a tournament it will get wrecked.

Thanks for the advices guys, but as I said, I only want to play Battlesuits and drones.

I know it won't be super competitive, I know I have no chance against top tier lists, but it's not my point anyway ^^

I just want to try to optimize it as much as I can

Your list is now illegal as you have 4 hazard suit units.

I'd use those points to give your final commander CIBs instead of missile pods and to just grab more shield drone squads from your guys. As you can create a very large anti-deep strike denial zone and have so many shield drone units that your enemy will be hard pressed to kill them all within the first 2 turns once you do that.

I'd also keep each shield drone squad no larger than 4 units, so as to maximise the number of units they have to chew through before damaging your battlesuits.

About the commander, as he will stay behind near the marker drones, I prefer him to have a longer range weapon, like the missile pods.

No broadsides here but the XV9 Vior'la detachment can deliver 96 S5 AP -1 shots. Vior'la warlord Commander gives me +1 CP as well.
Got 20 marker drones and 20 shield drones.

This list looks a lot better. I think it's about as competitive as you can make it given your restrictions.
