Space Wolf vs Space Marine
Wolf Lord = Captain
Wolf Guard Battle Leader = Lieutenant
Rune Priest = Librarian
Iron Priest = Tech Marine/Priest
Wolf Priest = Chaplain
????? = Apothecary

What is the Space Wolf equivalent to the Apothecary? The GW site list the Apothecary under the Space Wolves, but I don't see an equivalent in the codex.

Iron Priest if you need robot limbs or something installed, Wolf Priest if you want someone to shake a few totems at you then give you herbs instead of actual medicine.

Yes, it's dumb, but it's their actual fluff...

Space Wolves don't have apoacatharies, rather the role of chaplain and apoacathary is combined.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Ok, so than it would be acceptable to use both either model as for a Wolf Priest.

well.. wolf preists tend to be, apperance wise more chaplain then apocathary but it's your army, if you use apocatharies and are clear that they represent I don't see anyone caring.

For some reasons SW do not have apothecary. Well, they didn't had before those new guys in phobos armour arrived. But sadly you are not allowed to use classic SM apothecary, which is sad for SW is a gunline army right now.
