I know you say you're going to remove units to make it 2000 but that is honestly a bad way to do it. It's best to make a list to a set limit and then play to a strategy based on the units you include. Having no coherent strategy will hamper you.

Now your choices. First off you don't need 2 ethereal, drop aunva. Second, drop all the pulse pistols from your troops. If you end up in melee you're going to die, just fall back and shoot. Speaking of your troops, don't mix so many weapons, just stick to the standard loadout. Kroot are terrible so just drop them, they serve no purpose in your list.

Your elites look alright but you need more marker lights! Get more marksmen and some fireblades! You might point to the pathfinders but any decent opponent will delete them quickly and with a 4+ BS they ain't going to be useful for long.

A lone piranha is not going to be much use, neither a lone hammer head. You need to take more so the opponent has more threats to fire at. Any army you face will delete at least one of those two vehicles on the first turn and some will take out both.

Overall your list lacks a plan. There's no focus to it. You need to decide what it is you want the army to do and build to that. Right now you just have a selection of random units. Final piece of advice, you're better going for multiple battalions rather than a brigade. It'll help you to focus your list when you don't have to fill mandatory slots.
