This list is pretty solid

Few of my thoughts: you have 4 CC, breaking rule of 3

Harker is going to be working overtime with all the babysitting he has to do with the mortars and sentinals

I would downgrade the sentinels to gove the scions some plasma guns and find room to put a tempestus prime or 2 for the ordera

ugh apparently I can't count :( It's tough because there's not a lot of fat in my list I can cut for upgrades. Even dropping down to the cheapest sentinels I don;t think I'll be able to score more than one plasma gun for the scions. I could drop down to 5 byllgryns I guess but much lower would make them pretty meh.

I don't think you need that many basilisks. Only one is fine, since you'll once shoot twice with one per turn anyway. So, swap 2 of them for Pask and you can use those 30 points from that company commander, since you now obey the rule of 3 with your company commanders.

Met you half way Dropped one bassie so I could get my bullgryn back, give all three scion units 2 plasmaguns and pickup a tempestor prime to fix my cc issue.

I like the changes. Still disagree with sentinel armaments lol but to each their own

If you have time, id try out different regiments on the TC supreme detachment. I also run mine as cadian, but only because i run them in a battalion or brigade. I would try out tallarn for more movement and catachan for better version of cadian. With catachan, the reroll number of shots is built in and you can order reroll 1s. This encourages movement with LR and imo there are 3 types of LR: moving, screened, or dead

Lastly, i would also consider either switching your brigade to cadian or making your battalion catachan. The CC in your cadian battalion cant order your catachan ISs.

I like the idea of trying other regiments with the TCs. Originally the idea was that the TCs would start within 12" of the Relic of Lost Cadia when facing off against chaos armies (and let's face it - they're really popular right now) for that reroll of hit and wounds for a turn - and the cadian tank order allows them to reroll number of shots on the turret. That was the primary reason for cadian on that detachment.

Yeah that one cc in the cadian detachment is a bit of a waste :( Better idea...I'll swap the primaris psyker and the cc...that should fix it.

Should I look at picking up an assassin or are they just a gimmick? I've been running the Vindicare and he's usually pretty meh for me. If I dropped the PCs to MLs on the sentinels and the sponsons on the TCs I could get one I think.

I'm using Grand Strategist for my warlord trait but I have 17 CP at the start of the game so should I consider Old Grudges?

I don't see why you still want that basilisk, 6th Bullgryn and 6x plasma guns. When a fully armed Pask offers far more value than any of them could.

mostly because that just makes him a big target that usually gets taken out turn 1 :( The meta I play in uses two really large LOS terrain pieces (NOVA style) so having some serious shooting that ignores LOS is a real must. I also go second like 90% of the time so when I have played Pask before he usually ended up dead a lot sooner than a TC.

I understand. Even if that's the case, it's a loser harder to kill Pask that what I've mentioned already. Also, if they're shooting Pask, then they're not shooting at your other TCs. They aren't shooting at your TC with the Hammer of Sunderance. They aren't shooting at your bullgryns.

Plus, you can always split the tanks up so that they can cover both sides of the board, regardless of LOS terrain pieces and you can force armies to stay behind cover much more often or punish them harder when you've drawn them out of cover.

Hell, I'd say take out all below:

Elite: Ministorum Priest
Elite: 6xBullgryn mauls 2xslab shields 3xbrute sheilds
Elite: Sgt Harker

And grab 3 more basilisks with them, because if you're so worried about saying a single unit, you can save psychic barrier on them and the -1 to his spell. That will help a lot.

Plus, you get plenty more indirect firepower and long ranged firepower too. As it'll take at least until turn 3 in most occasions, before your bullgryns will even see combat or reach any meaningful objective point on the map since they're so slow.

lol I've played as many as 4 bassies in some games (and thought I needed a 5th so I bought another but didn't put it together - still sitting on a shelf). In my meta I'd be thrilled if the bullgryns weren't doing their job until turn 3...I play in a club where everyone else are hyper competitive. With the exception of the Eldar players running -2 to hit flyer spam crap if their list can't pull of a first turn charge with at least one unit you're a newb. In fact that's my biggest problem is trying to keep the tanks from getting tied up and becoming useless.

To fit an assassin (probably a vindicare) I'd have to drop all of the plasma cannons and 1 bullgryn. Is that worth it? And if I drop the all of the PC should I switch out to scout sentinels? They are faster especially with the go recon strat - can get to objectives faster. I'm assuming that's about all they're good for in general.

What are they running and why are they able to tie up your tanks so easily? It might be because your artillery isn't that great. As I play with a similar backline, but instead of scions, bullgryns, basilisks and scout sentinels. I have a Death Watch detachment who are very flexibility and just shred anything that isn't a vehicle, which they can handle as well, but not as well as anything not a vehicle.

why no straken? +2 attacks in catachan is amazing. He also give tanks and sentinels attacks for CRush them, Find a way to add yarrck and you can have 2 reroll 1s bubbles.
