So with 17CP I've got a lot to play with, the plan here is to go with Iconoclast since the Lancer and Acheron LOVE free attacks. I'd make the Lancer my Warlord, giving him either Knight Diabolus or Eager for the Kill, and then the Quicksilver Throne of Slaanesh for even more reach. Then with an extra relic take the Helm of Warpsight for the Despoiler, possibly also springing for an extra Warlord trait to give him Infernal Quest for holding objectives against deep strikers and for late game.

That leaves us with 15CP. I'd go for Vow of Carnage on the Despoiler, first turn he'll most likely be doing his damnedest to clear screens for the Lancer to charge, and that'll earn him an extra attack. Rather than hang back he can walk right up with the Acheron and get in the thick of it, stomping his heart out. After this and the probable first turn Full Tilt from the Lancer I'm at 12CP to play with for the rest of the game, still very respectable. Depending on the matchup I might also use Vow of the Beastslayer on the Lancer and/or Vow of Dominance on the Acheron.

I'm also considering making the Acheron a Dreadblade. There really isn't a Damnation that he minds terribly much, and all of the pacts are great on him.

Great way to farm some CP, and you clearly thought your gameplan out with the spending of them, but the throne of slaneesh shouldn't be necessary with full tilt, idk.

You could give your aspiring champions a chainsword and storm bolter for 2 pts. each. Or add a plasma gun for 11 pts. Give the chaos space marines mark of slaanesh to give them access to endless cacophony. Add a ML to get access to flakk missile.

Go with a chaos lord with jump pack and some sort of weapon maybe thunder hammer and combi melta for maelstrom bite. That way you can go dig people out of magic boxes and engage hiding stuff in the back

You should take Huron Blackheart. For 7 more points he is a chaos lord and sorcerer with an ablative wound, heavy flamer, power axe and power fist! He's great value all round and could baby sit your deredeo and autocannon csms well.

I'd also upgrade all your champions to be combi bolter and chain axe. For another 9 points that's more punch in every csm squad.
