Can anyone tell me what model this is? I'm fairly certain it's not GW, but beyond that, I've got nothing. It does have writings on the tab, but I can't read it.

It's a really old off-brand Space Marine, I think it was supposed to be a techpriest. I can't remember which company, but I own the model. Pretty sure I bought it pre-2000.

Looks old RAFM.
They had powered armoured space knights back in the 90s too.
