I'm planning on entering my first tournament in a couple of weeks and I'm looking for some input into my list. I am likely to see Mortarion/Magnus lists, Alaitoc flyers, and possibly knights.

I played a variation of this list against the player who plays Mortation/Magnus and very nearly won. I lost the game due to some blunders on my part.

One of the other guys I play with frequently plays Alaitoc flyers (hemlock and crimson hunter, not full flyers) and the stacked minus to hit is crushing. I haven't been able to ever beat him with anything.

I've never played against knights so I don't know where to start against those haha.

My thought process behind the list was to try to use sa'cea sept as an additional means to secure re-rolls to try to get as many marker lights deployed as possible.

I plan on castling up as much as possible utilizing either dual Kauyon from shadowsun for even more hit re-rolls if I'm up against hit modifiers.

Pretty standard T'au fare tbh, which is a blessing and a curse. T'au lists have looked like this for months and regular tournament players have learned how to play around them. That said, I would lean toward three Broadsides over three Enforcer Commanders. Drop two of the Enforcers for two more Broadsides and use the leftover points for more Shield Drones. If you're looking to max out on Markerlights, I would put one in each of the Sa'cea Strike Teams as well. Against Knights, all you can do is lean on the Focus Fire stratagem and hope for the best.

The reason I was leaning towards the commanders was for the BS2. My local meta has a lot of -1 to hit stacking so it was pretty difficult to get 5 markerlights on a target to get the broadsides hitting reliably.

Fair enough. I don't imagine one Broadside being horribly impactful, but could be wrong. If you're just taking the one, maybe swap it out for some Sniper Drones or something to diversify your threats. All in all, your list is pretty much what an optimized ITC list looks like, so all there's left to do is practice.
