What is peoples thoughts on this list...?

Firebase of Dominus, Manipulus, Dr.D, Destroyers, Onagers & Scorpius, which can move about as needed either running away from charging units or up the field for objectives.
Screened by breachers & Graia vanguard (for Abhor). breachers probably roll forward a bit to space out the screens/go after central objectives.
Outrider moves forward around the flanks (possibly dragoons stay back as counter-punch depending on opponent).
Options for stygies infiltrate on Dragoons & Breachers?
Last-Minute objective grab/linebreaker on Lucius Enginseer/Solar Flare
A couple of snipers to supress movement on enemny characters etc.

Hmm...seems a bit immobile for my liking. Guess on an open enough table maybe you can just start rolling dice turn 1 and eliminate threats. Might not do great in objective based missions that require more movement.

Seems competitive against other static armies though.

I would cut the Crawlers and put in 2 more Grators instead. They block LOS for the Destroyers, and they help hit things that are inevitably going to try to hide.

Also, consolidate the 3x3 Breachers into 2x4 or 2x5 (you would cut one Destroyer for the 2x5, and the free points go elsewhere). You actually don't want too many units or it's hard to keep them inside the buff bubble. Plus, the stratagems become less effective.

The odd Skitarii are a bit weird. I would cut them. You want 6 Arquebuses or you will never kill things in time. If I see only one, it wouldn't change my play with my characters one bit.

Maybe consolidate the Ironstriders into one of the other detachments, either 6x Auto Striders or 5x Dragoons? Don't think you need any Las Striders with the ridiculous number of Plasma Destroyers you've got. (I personally think they are better off as Ryza still, but eh. Goes against your concept.)

Why does everyone think you need to be mobile to do objectives? This isn't Maelstrom. Moving is advantageous mostly for shooting and secondaries like Recon, Ground Control, and Linebreaker. Objectives, on the other hand, stay where they are, and by default, you start out with control of them. Therefore, killing is more important than moving; ITC is extremely killy in general.

How about this one?

Changes:
removed all rangers
combined ironstriders and taken a spearhead instead of outrider.
included another Graia Vanguard squadas I had a few points spare at the end.
Operative Requisioned/Assassin which gives a bit of flexibility.

Unchanged:
Onagers - I only currently have one Skorpius - more on the list to buy in the future.
Breachers - currently they (along with the skitarii) are planning on being used as a screen - I am facing units like agressors & smash captains a lot at the moment which can easily go though a squad of breachers either 3 or 5 in a turn so it makes no difference as to how many are in the squad but they can only kill (usually) one unit in combat at a time especially if I keep enough of a gap between squads so they cannot pile in and fight twice.

Note that I do not tend to play ITC missions a lot - the main FLGS here usually plays CA 2018 missions or currently the new style is the White Dwarf Maelstom mission from June/July? where you select cards to a hand and choose your cards each turn from there.
